Howard Goodman

Executive Vice President and Group Leader

Howard began his career with Savage in 1984 in the accounting group. Today, he leads the People Group and has the responsibility for hiring, training, benefits, labor relations, leadership development, safety and Savage University.

Howard is intent on preserving the culture of Savage and ensuring that all people systems within the company are integrated and aligned with the Savage strategy.

Howard is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
